This role is for a Creative Director, reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, managing the Graphic Design Studio team of (12+ people). The role will be responsible for creatively representing the company, its subsidiaries in all branding and creative communications. The Creative Director will be people-oriented, working with internal and external clients, and involving high-level concepts for design projects. This role will also be responsible for visual design, recruiting and managing third party design firms.Key responsibilities to include:• Oversees the execution of all creative efforts; plans, develops, & defends business objectives.• Develop creative concepts and executions of assigned projects across all media types.• Provides detailed direction to creative staff and direct / indirect reports.• Leads in the education and development of creative staff members.• Manages multiple projects from concept through completion• Supervises, manages, develops and inspires the creative team.• Manages Marketing Department KPI's, the budget and ensures cost efficiency.• Adheres to, works within, and guides the creative department's best practices and processes. • At least 15 years management experience working with award winning multi-national agencies; currently as Creative Director• Experience managing a creative team of 8 or more graphic designs, art workers, etc.• Must know how to work in both medias for integrated campaigns• Advanced budgeting and project management skills• Ability to handle conflicts or challenging situations confidently.• Ability to provide coaching, feedback and on the job training when needed.• Excellent English Language skills required.• FAST thinker, NOW and Positive attitude and Energy!• Passion, Commitment, Integrity, Humble, Dynamic.
