Compile and distribute financial data. Provide accounting support to the Accounting SupervisorDUTIES: AUTHORITY1.Supervise day to day duties of professional and clerical staff. This includes but is not limited to review of Account Analysis, financial reporting schedules, and Journal Voucher preparation and posting during the month end close process.2.Maintain the integrity of all assigned company(s) balance sheet accounts.3.Prepare Corporate office SIM report4.Perform and Supervise Corporate Bank accounts reconciliation process5.Supervise Corporate overhead P&L variance analysis6.Oversee Holding Company Accounting7.Perform Equity Roll forward8.Prepare and record insurance invoices9.Maintain Month End Close schedule.10.Coordinate Internal Control projects as assigned11.Maintain Dividends schedule and account for dividends declaration12.Oversee Company Commitments (Capital Vs. Operating lease)13.Maintain consolidated lease schedule for Company14.Oversee and Record Company Contingencies (Legal cases schedule, etc..)15.Accounting for Pension & Other related employee Benefit / Stock plans, etc..
