Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management :
  • Build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Keep customers informed about products, services, and updates.
  • Conduct regular business reviews using CRM programs.
  • Stay informed about competitors and strategize accordingly.
Customer Retention And Growth :
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce churn and enhance customer retention.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing customer accounts.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create campaigns that enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Monitor customer feedback and collaborate with the product team to address any issues and improve the customer experience.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Customer Activation :
  • Develop and execute onboarding processes to ensure new customers are effectively integrated and using the product.
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits to maximize usage and satisfaction.
  • Organize and conduct webinars, training sessions, and workshops for customers.

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and passion for building relationships.
  • Enthusiastic about fintech.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Basic understanding of CRM software and customer retention strategies is a plus.
