Our client, a leading international Security technology provider is currently seeking to recruit a Junior Project ControllerThis position is perfect for someone who has strong client relationship building skills and some project management or project financial experience. The right candidate enjoys juggling and prioritizing many different types of tasks at one time, excels in a team environment, and is flexible, proactive, and a great communicator. From a Project Management perspective, the ability to dive into the details, support the delivery team and get the job done is key.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Under limited supervision, apply comprehensive program knowledge and program advisory support in the preparation of financial and deliverable-related correspondence and documentation for the Prime contractor. Primary duties will include, budget analysis, revenue recognition/verification, forecasting, accounts receivable reconciliation, and project setup support for contracts of varying. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the experience and knowledge base required to support these areas with limited oversight. Additionally, the successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to provide recommendations which maximize the ability to execute contracts profitability and within budgetary constraints. The qualified candidate will be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. You will perform a variety of tasks in a fast-paced, challenging environment. A wide degree of creativity is expected. In addition to this, the qualified candidate is also responsible for the following:Assists in developing plans, including budgets and schedules, to meet contractual/project requirements for several major portions of a program.Ensures compliance with internal customer procedures such as government procurement regulatio Person Profile Basic Qualifications:The successful candidate will have strong communication and relationship building capabilities and a proven track record of success in managing medium to large sized IT projects. This position will be based in Dubai.
