```html Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional internal and client teams to develop and deliver operations strategies with a particular emphasis on the implementation of cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement.
- Focus on personal development by taking a keen interest in trends in different sectors and the impact on our clients to help shape their thinking and our success in the market.
- Write and present winning proposals to support our clients in the Middle East.
- Proactively lead the drafting of proposals and marketing efforts, participating in proposal pitches with a focus on converting pipelines into secured mandates.
- Leverage experience in different industries to bring best practices that support our clients in achieving set engagement goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues in all Middle Eastern offices on client work and internal initiatives, as well as with international teams where appropriate.
- Lead teams and mentor/train other members in your team/business unit to foster a high-performance team environment.
- Develop your understanding of key themes in the transport and logistics market in the region while working with the T&L team.
- Work collaboratively with other experts to shape the future of our clients and bring about positive change.
- Stay up to date on the land transport industry in the region, including the government agenda, players' positioning and strategies, and the latest trends and developments.
