Assist the Assistant Housekeeping Manager in the daily checking of rooms and designated team member areas to maintain standardsInspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance standardsHandle guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping servicesEnsure the efficient use of cleaning supplies and equipmentTrain new team members and provide ongoing coaching and supportCollaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfactionQualificationsMinimum of 2 years experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory roleKnowledge of cleaning and sanitation process and standardsStrong leadership and communication skills in a multicultural environmentsFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidaysKnowledge of hotel-specific cleaning procedures and safety protocol is a plus
