Overview of the role: Support Sales by planning, organizing, and implementing operational systems that enable seamless back-office services. Responsible for office functions, developing office procedures, organizing, and coordinating operations in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Supporting in sales planning and operations by developing the reports and analyzing the data. What you will do:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for SAP and other systems requirements/change, implementation, and training based on business requirements. Maintain efficiency in road testing for quick/timely vehicle delivery and good profitability.
  • Proactive approach and response to day-to-day administrative and sales support requests which include but are not limited to dealerships and pop-up locations.
  • Provide analytic report and data management.
  • Sales planning and reporting by analyzing the data and developing the required reports and dashboards to share with the stakeholders.
  • Sales Operations
  • Campaign Systems Setup
  • Rectifying Sales Order Errors
  • Closing Leads/Enquiries
  • DMS troubleshooting.
  • CPOV stock upload.
  • Discount maintenance
  • Responsible for all admin related support.
  • Assists the Sales team in Sales planning & reporting, Document Management, and Day to Day operations in regards to not only sales department but others also.

  • Market awareness and understanding of the challenges of customers and competitors.
  • Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and presentational.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Microsoft Excel).
  • Team player with evidence of building cross-business support.
  • Demonstrate ability to take initiative to achieve results on time.
  • A confident and positive individual with a ‘Yes we can’ attitude.
About the Team: Reporting to Operations Sales Manager, you will be an individual contributor and working in a busy Aftersales environment. What Equips You For The Role:
  • Bachelor’s in business administration or Business Management Graduate.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Operations Management & Reporting practices and procedures.
  • Computer oriented.
  • Experience in data reporting and SAP is a plus.
