Manager, International Compliance Program Management Officer (UAE Nationals)Reports too - VP, International Compliance Management OfficerJob Summary: The Manager, International Compliance Program Management Officer is responsible for overseeing the compliance and regulatory activities within the organization that have an international focus. This role involves managing and coordinating various compliance programs and initiatives, ensuring adherence to international laws, regulations, and standards. The Manager will lead a team, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive the development and implementation of global compliance strategies.Key Responsibilities:Compliance Program Management> Assisting VP, Develop, implement, and manage international compliance programs to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.> Monitor changes in international compliance requirements and adapt programs accordingly.> Establish and maintain policies and procedures to support international compliance efforts.Regulatory Assessment:> Conduct regular assessments of international compliance risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.> Collaborate with legal and regulatory affairs teams to interpret and apply international regulations effectively.Minimum Requirements:> Bachelor's degree or higher in management, banking, or finance; preferably with certification in compliance.> 3 years of experience in the Banking Industry> Excellent project management and administrative skills> Strong interpersonal, people management and facilitation skills with good leadership skills.> A firm understanding of regulatory matters, with proven exposure to global regulations and best practices in compliance standards.> Team player, able to meet tight deadlines and manage challenging workload
