Join our culinary team with one of our clients as a Second Commis Chef and contribute to the creation of exceptional dining experiences. As a Second Commis Chef, you will work under the guidance of our experienced chefs to assist in food preparation, cooking, and presentation. You will learn and develop your culinary skills while ensuring that high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained in the kitchen.Responsibilities Assist in food preparation, cooking, and presentation Follow recipes and guidelines provided Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstation Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards Collaborate with the culinary team in menu planning and development Assist in inventory management and stock control Support in maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils in good condition Follow proper food handling and storage procedures Actively contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment تحضير وترتيب معدات الطهي، تحضير وتجميع المكونات الغذائية مثل قطع الخضار واللحوم، الإشراف على إنتاج الأطباق عالية الجودة، ضمان جرد المطبخ ومراجعته Requirements Previous experience as a Commis Chef or similar role Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Passion for food and willingness to learn Good understanding of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
