Job Purpose Product Deployment: Execute successful product launches by conducting agronomic trials, developing marketing materials, and supporting pre-marketing and sales activities. Technical Expertise: Provide technical research and scientific product development support, design and report on field trials, and translate product value propositions into practical farmer benefits. Market Understanding: Understand market participants, customer needs, and market trends to contribute to product development and business case formulation.Responsibilities Develop technical materials (TDS/MSDS/Flyer/Brochure/Training) to support sales efforts and provide ongoing technical support. Design, implement, and report on field trials to determine value propositions, understand trial results' implications, and support sales with VP training and customer engagement. Manage agronomy data, contribute to the ideation process, and provide insights for business case development based on market needs and regulatory trends.Must-Have QualificationsBachelor's degree in Ag Science, Soil Science, or Agronomy.4-6 years of experience in technical research, scientific product development, and field trials.
