As part of our ongoing recruitment process, we are building a CV pool for future opportunities in the Retail Operations department at Six Flags Qiddiya City.If you have experience in retail operations and are interested in joining our team, please submit your CV along with a cover letter specifying your areas of expertise and the type of role you are interested in.Key responsibilities: Ensure smooth operations of the retail stores Supervise and train retail staff on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques Manage inventory and stock levels Create and maintain visual merchandising standards Implement strategies to achieve sales targets Handle cash transactions and reconcile sales Assist with ordering and receiving of merchandise Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence Maintain a clean and organized store environment Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Requirements: Prior experience in retail operations Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent customer service orientation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays RequirementsPrior experience in retail operations, strong leadership and communication skills, customer service orientation, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
