Job details
Performs general upkeepmaintenance tasks and manual repairs: painting & carpentry,lock systems, landscaping.Surveys venue andrepair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent withstandards.Performs maintenance work ofelectrical systems such as replace light bulbs and sockets, cleanand repair circuit breaker panels, etc.Assistsin fixing of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems andconduct repairs when required.Maintainsheating and plumbing systems to ensurefunctionality.Performs regular maintenance ofpools: brushing, vacuuming, water testing, pumps & filtersetc.Inspect alarm systems (fire & gasprotection)Fixes machine breakdowns as theyoccur, and as requested of him by his immediatesupervisor.Keeping acceptable levels of spareparts and special kits, tools and equipment to maintainmachinesPerforms other duties pertinent tothis job as assigned.QualificationsTechnical degree in Electrical orMechanical fieldMinimum 3-5 years of workexperience in Hospitality / RestaurantsGoodworking knowledge of EnglishComputerliterateExperience in Hospitality field isrequired INT
