JobDescription: KeyResponsibilities:1. Oversee the daytoday operations and maintenance of assignedproperties ensuring compliance with lease agreements propertyregulations and legal requirements. 2. Manageproperty maintenance activities including repairs renovations andlandscaping to ensure properties are wellmaintained and attractiveto tenants. 3. Respond promptly to tenantinquiries requests and complaints and address issues in a timelyand professional manner. 4. Coordinate tenantmoveins moveouts and lease renewals including conducting propertyinspections documenting property conditions and enforcing leaseterms. 5. Develop and implement propertymarketing and leasing strategies to attract and retain tenantsmaximize occupancy rates and minimize vacancies. 6.Screen prospective tenants conduct background checks and negotiatelease terms and rental agreements. 7. Prepareand administer leases lease addendums and rental agreementsensuring compliance with legal requirements and industrystandards.Requirements: 1. Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Real Estate Management or related field;professional certifications in property management arepreferred. 2. Proven experience in property managementreal estate management or related field. 3. Strongunderstanding of property management principles practices andregulations. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonalskills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenantsproperty owners and vendors. 5. Strong leadership andteam management skills with the ability to motivate and leadproperty management staff. 6.
