Loyalty executive
Job details
Loyalty CampaignManagement:Set up andconfigure loyalty campaigns in the loyalty managementsystem.Monitor and optimize ongoing campaignsto ensure maximum engagement andeffectiveness.Analyze campaign performance andgenerate reports to inform futurestrategies.TechnicalConfiguration andSupport:Work closelywith the I.T. department to ensure seamless integration of loyaltysystems with existing technologyinfrastructure.Troubleshoot and resolvetechnical issues related to loyalty systems andcampaigns.Maintain data integrity and ensurethe accuracy of customer loyaltyrecords.StakeholderCommunication:Act asthe primary point of contact for loyalty vendors, ensuring clearand effective communication.Collaborate withinternal teams, including marketing, customer service, and I.T., toalign loyalty initiatives with overall businessobjectives.Present campaign performance andinsights to senior management and otherstakeholders.CustomerService:Handle andmanage all technical related queries raised by customers throughour service networkAssist customer serviceteam in closing customer complaints effectively withingSLA'sRequired Skills andQualifications:EducationalBackground:Diploma inInformation Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, or arelatedfield.TechnicalSkills:Proficiency inloyalty management systems (e.g., Salesforce Loyalty Management,Oracle Loyalty Cloud, etc.).Strongunderstanding of database management and CRMsystems.Familiarity with data analytics toolsand techniques.Basic programming skills (e.g.,SQL) are aplus.ProfessionalExperience:Minimum of3 years of experience in loyalty operations, marketing, or arelated field.Proven track record of managingsuccessful loyalty campaigns.Experienceworking with cross-functional teams and managing external vendorrelationships.
