CandidateProfileBachelor's Degree in Commerce/ Accounting or a related fieldExperience indifferent business areas of the companyStronganalytical skills with strict adherence todeadlinesStrong functional skills in ITsystems and ExcelMinimum years post qualifyingexperience: 3 year and above in a busy Accounting and FinanceEnvironmentGood Knowledge of; SAP, Fixed AssetAccounting & ReportingSoundunderstanding of the business, Working knowledge of thecompany's ERP (SAP) and business applications (PowerPointand Excel)Good communication and presentationskillsActivitiesHseStrict adherence and compliancetowards Group QHSE policy (including MAESTRO) with high Quality ofQHSE performance and complying with affiliate's QHSEPolicy, Procedures & specific rules & regulationsapplicable to the area of activity at alltimes.Participate in the training program toacquire QHSE knowledge and impart this training to colleagues asand when required by Management.Reporting ofnear misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to line Managerwithin the time frame as required by Quality, HSE, Energy policiesand Manuals.Participate in the investigationand analysis of incidents as and whenrequired.Strict adherence to QHSErequirements with full authority to stop any operation for safetyreasons.General Scope OfActivitiesThe InvestmentAssociate scope of activities ensure the investments file andreporting aspects with Economics & InvestmentsDirector. Preparation,review, coordination, and analysis of investment budget files incollaboration with key users for annual budget preparation withinset deadlines.Monthly preparation ofinvestment report within the HQtimelinesPeriodic preparation and submissionof the required reports to management for decisionmakingCoordinate the monthly investmentmeetingMaintain, update, and verify thepostings and reconciliations of the Fixed Assetregister.Manage the vendor master data(creations, modifications and blocking of inactivevendors)Control daily OPTIMA/ARIBA requests inline with the OPEX/CAPEX criteria and correct cost centerselectionOversee all the financereconciliations (PC2, PC3, PC4 and PC5), ensuring all transactionsare properly accounted forParticipate in themonthly stock takeDraft and review of theinvestment dossiers INT
