The Delivery Station Liaison will work underlimited Manager supervision, and the majority of the decisions willbe taken independently and will require a high level of accuracy.Good knowledge of English is required.Roleand ResponsibilityCommunicating with customers directlyvia phone and emailResolving conflicts andsetting appropriate expectations withcustomersClearly understanding and respondingappropriately to, the issues that customerpresent.Working autonomously, making complexanalytical decisions with little or noguidance.Communicating with third partycouriersThe Delivery Station Liaison provideson-site localized customer service to enable effective realtimeinvestigation of a parcel's location and how Amazon candeliver it to the customer as quickly aspossible.The onsite nature of the role allowscustomers to contact local experts so they can get more accurateand up-to-date information about their orders and how Amazon isaddressing any delivery issues.The DeliveryStation Liaison attends regular face-to-face meetings with thirdparty Delivery Service Providers to effectively advocate for thecustomer and drive re-attempts, including shipment"rescue routes" where possible.We are open to hiring candidates towork out of one of the followinglocations:Dubai,AREBasicQualificationsFluent english(written/spoken)1 to 2 years of experience inCustomer ServiceExperience with MicrosoftOffice, Outlook, Word andExcelSelf-discipline, quick learning,diligence and proactivityAvailable to travelfor a week of trainingPreferredQualificationsAt ease working in a diverse groupand contributing to an inclusiveculturePrevious experience in logisticsrolesExcellent performance in the current role/ job INT
