Developingand maintaining a quality assurance program for a restaurant orfood service operation.Evaluating the quality of food served by the restaurant or foodservice operation.Evaluating the cleanliness of equipment utensils and work areas ofa restaurant or food serviceoperation.Deals with quality improvement by completing product company systemand organizationalaudits.Helping with the recruitingprocess.Establish and enact the InspectionPlan.Determining and ensuring that customer requirements aremetKeep a performance record of quality reports statistical reviewsand otheractivities.Keeping an eye on the goal of increasing the company sprofitabilityAssisting with the development of policies and procedures to ensurethat the food served is safe of the correct quality and meets allregulatory requirements.Coordinates training and therapy to provide employees with qualitystandards and assistance when they re not meeting goals.Conducts hazard analyses and monitors quality measures to set thestandard for qualityassurance.Interpretbuild upon and comply with company quality assurancestandardsCarefullymaintain complaint and nonconformance processing through recordsand tracking systems including root cause and correctiveactionsDocumentquality assurance activities with internal reporting andauditsDevelopnew standards for production and design with improvements as neededand create testingprotocolsfor implementation across all servicelinesIdentifytraining needs and take action to ensure companywidecompliancePursuecontinuing education on new solutions technology skills daily andMonthlyresponsibilitiesPlanexecute and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoingproduct to confirm quality conformance to specifications andqualitydeliverablesAssistoperations and local quality function in tracking documenting andreporting quality levels as well as CSR environmental and healthand safetygoals/KPIs.Analyseand investigate product complaints or reported quality issues toensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and externalregulatoryrequirementsDevelopor update company complaint and inspection procedures to ensurecapture and investigation as well as proper documentation ofcomplaintsMonitorriskmanagement procedures and maintain and analyse problem logs toidentify and report recurring issues to management and productdevelopmentProvidetraining and support to quality assurance team on systems policiesprocedures and core processes.RequirementsHACCPCertifiedMinimum2years work experience in F&B IndustryGoodcommunication skills.Thoroughknowledge of local quality & safety regulations codes andstandards.Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability tocommunicate safety requirements to diverse audienceseffectively.Excellentproblemsolving skills and attention todetail.Abilityto work independently and collaboratively in a fastpacedenvironment.HACCP Certified Minimum 2years work experience in F&B IndustryGood communication skills. Thorough knowledge of local quality& safety regulations, codes, and standards. Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability tocommunicate safety requirements to diverse audiences effectively.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Abilityto work independently and collaboratively in a fast-pacedenvironment. INT
