Study the products technically andcommercially for our complete range.Planvisits to End Users/EPCs/OEMs in yourregion.Generate inquiries for fieldinstrumentation products &valves.Prepare Techno-Commercial Offers withthe help of the internal Product Team inUAE/India.Involve the Sales/Country Managerfor final discussions/negotiations ifneeded.Coordinate with other departments toexecute orders in a proper and timelymanner.Register our Agency Brands in all majorOil and Gas Companies in your region.Obtainapprovals for our manufacturing brands.Salestargets will be given for each Sales Engineer based on theirterritory/number of customers, and we expect you to achieve 100% ormore.Incentives will be provided uponachieving the targets. Incentive schemes are available even if youachieve 80%/90%/100% and more.Roles andResponsibilities: - SALESDevelop effective workingrelationships with customers through regular contacts and identifyfurther sales and business developmentopportunities.Adhere to all quality standardsand processes for acquiring customers, opportunities, andsubmitting contract documents.Provide regularfeedback to senior management about marketplace and competitoractivity.Develop strong customer relationshipsto generate a high volume of prospectiveclients.Manage customer calls and appointmentseffectively for new opportunities.Identifyrequirements for new products and services to anticipate andpotentially lead the market.Develop businessproposals for new and existingcustomers.Respond to client queries regardingthe products in a timelyfashion.
