PositionOverview:As the Operations Director youwill be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of thisnewly launched AIGC product. You will play a critical role inensuring the products success by managing its daytoday operationsoptimizing processes and leading a highperformingteam.KeyResponsibilities:Leadthe operational strategy and execution for AI Vista ensuringalignment with companyobjectives.Manageand scale the operations team including hiring training andperformancemanagement.Developand implement efficient processes to maximize productivity andensure the highest quality ofservice.Collaboratewith product management engineering and user growth teams toenhance product offerings and customersatisfaction.Monitorand report on operational performance making datadriven decisionsto improve efficiency andeffectiveness.Managebudgets and forecasts ensuring resources are allocated optimally tosupport businesspriorities.Ensurecompliance with local regulations and companypolicies.Qualifications:Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Operations Management or arelatedfield.Masters degreepreferred.Minimumof 5 years of experience in operations management of internetbusiness preferably AI relatedindustry.Proventrack record of leading operations and teams in a highgrowthenvironment.Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills with a demonstrated ability todrive operationalexcellence.Excellentcommunication and leadership skills capable of motivating andleading a diverseteam.Knowledgeof the latest trends in artificial intelligence and generativecontent is highlydesirable.-Monitor and report on operational performance, making data-drivendecisions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. -Manage budgetsand forecasts, ensuring resources are allocated optimally tosupport business priorities. -Ensure compliance with localregulations and company policies.
