Planning Assistant
Job details
KeyAccountabilities:Preparation of daily report onmaterial availability, delivery schedule and productionschedule.Assisting planners to address BOMerrors and to extend materialmasters.Estimating material consumption forconsumables and preparing Purchase request based on productionplan.Receive inputs from other departments tofix planning data in materialmasters.Assisting planners to createproduction BOMs and routings.Monitoring stocklevels and ensure availability of shop floorconsumables.Review Bill of Materials, capacitybuild plan sheets, production schedules and make necessary changesto adopt production planExperience &EducationQualifications:Expertise:Minimum:2+ Years of experience inmaterial/production planning, inventory management, purchasing orrelated position.Computer skills and knowledgeof ERP, MRPExperience in SAP MM, QM, and PPModuleMaster datamanagementExperience in SAPMESExperience with MS officePreferred:4+ years of industry and regionalrelated experience in planning assistant role using SAP as anoperating system.
