Key Responsibilities:Greet andwelcome guests in a friendly and professionalmannerAssist guests with check-in and check-outprocessesProvide information about local attractions,restaurants, and servicesMake reservations and arrangetransportation for guestsHandle guest inquiries andrequests promptly and courteouslyMaintain a neat andorganized lobby areaCoordinate with other departments toensure guest satisfactionHandle and resolve guest issuesor complaintsKeep updated on events and activities inthe local areaProvide general administrative support asneededRequirements:Previousexperience as a Concierge or in a customer service role ispreferredExcellent communication and interpersonalskillsKnowledge of local attractions andservicesAbility to multitask and work in a fast-pacedenvironmentPositive and professionalattitudeBasic computer skillsHigh schooldiploma or equivalent INT
