Oneof our Client is looking for an Arabic Chef (Arabic Meals) to workin Al Ain. To qualify for this position you must have around 2years of experience as a Chef to cook an Arabicmeal.RoesandResponsibilities:Setup workstations with all needed ingredients and cookingequipmentPrepareingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetablescutting meatetc.)Cookfood in various utensils orgrillersCheckfood while cooking to stir orturnEnsuregreat presentation by dressing dishes before they areservedKeepa sanitized and orderly environment in thekitchenEnsureall food and other items are storedproperlyCheckquality ofingredientsMonitorstock and place orders when there areshortagesRequirementsProvenexperience as cookExperiencein using cutting toolscookware andbakewareKnowledgeof various cooking procedures and methods (grilling baking boilingetc.)Abilityto follow all sanitationproceduresAbilityto work in a teamVerygood communicationskillsExcellentphysical condition andstaminaHighschool diploma or equivalent; Diploma from a culinary school willbe an advantageBenefitsSalary:AEDAccommodationVisaPrevious experience as an Chef for Arabic meal INT
