Qualifications And EducationRequirementsBachelor's Degree required,engineering/technical degree preferredMinimumof 6 years Operational Military Fixed/Rotary Winged experienceand/or experience as an Instructor PilotMH-60Romeo experience highly desiredMust be able toapply aviation/technical knowledge to troubleshoot aircraft systemsduring device testing.Commercial fixed wing orrotary wing license preferred.Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills are required. Allcommunications must be in English.Should beable to communicate orally in front of a small number of people(deliver a presentation)Must be proficientwith Microsoft Word, PowerPoint andExcelExperience with Microsoft ProjectpreferredAnalytical math skills necessary tocomplete the required tasks.Incumbent shouldbe familiar with and be able to operate on simulation trainingdevices.Incumbent should be familiar with andable to support Engineering or Operations staff on any type andsub-component of training devices.Must beeligible for DoD Personal SecurityClearance INT
