AVP Corporate Income Tax
Job details
Develop and execute corporate taxstrategies aligned with group objectives and regulatoryrequirements.Supervise or review thepreparation of annual corporate income taxreturns.Maintain adherence to accountingdepartment policies and UAE financial reportingstatutes.Lead preparation of transfer pricingdocumentation.Establish and maintain robusttax compliance processes.Manage direct andindirect tax reporting to authorities.Stayupdated on regional tax legislation changes and advise on businessimpact.Identify opportunities to optimise taxpositions and mitigate risks.Managerelationships and responses to taxaudits.Implement relevant taxupdates.Provide training and guidance to taxteam and stakeholders.Review intercompany andrelated party reconciliations for timelyresolution.Oversee audit processes forassigned area, ensuring timelycompletion.
