What will I bedoing?As Executive LoungeReceptionist, you will ensure the satisfaction of executive Gueststhroughout their stay at the hotel by responding efficiently totheir enquiries and offering advise and information as requested.An Executive Lounge Receptionist contributes to the firstimpressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform thefollowing tasks to the highest standards:Welcome executive Guests on arrivaland assist them during their stay dealing efficiently withenquiries and any complaintsProcess accuratelycheck-ins and check-outEnsure that all Guestsupplies and amenities are offered and replenished to the requiredstandardsStay current with all hotel servicesas well as VIP requests and specialeventsDemonstrate a knowledge of externallocations, attractions and landmarks in thevicinityProject a professional manner with anemphasis on hospitality and GuestserviceComply with Hotel security, fireregulations and all health and safetylegislationExecutive tasks as instructed bythe Executive Lounge Supervisor orManagerServe your role and Team in anenvironmentally-conscience mannerWhat are we lookingfor?Executive LoungeReceptionists serving Hilton brands are always working on behalf ofour Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfullyfill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours,skills, and values that follow:Previous Front Office experience inthe hotel, leisure or retail sectorPreviousFood & Beverage ExperienceCalm,efficient and organisedExcellent personalpresentation and communication skillsA passionfor delivering exceptional levels of Guestservice Itwould be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate thefollowing capabilities and distinctions:Previous experience in ExecutiveLounge in a hotelenvironmentMulti-lingual INT
