Jack Laurie Group isseeking a seasoned, experienced sales and marketing executive tojoin our growing company s leadership team. In this role, you areresponsible for developing and executing sales strategies thatdrive revenue for all business divisions of Jack Laurie Group, andmonitoring and reporting on sales goals, and adjusting tactics asneeded to reach them. The Director of Sales and Marketing will alsowork closely with other executives to drive strategic direction fortheorganization.Responsibilitiesinclude, but are not limitedto:Sales PipelineManagement - Will consistently review pipeline, point out potentialobstacles, identify opportunities to pull business forward, createaccurate forecastsOptimize thesales framework and tactics - Helping with sales language, emailstrategies, adjusting sales stages, continued improvement of SalesPlaybookDefine strategy - Identifyideal verticals, upsell opportunities, ways to provide greatervalue for margin enhancement and containment of sales costs toimpact growth and profitability of the ConstructionDivisionClosing Business - Regular"ride-alongs" with BDMs to assist in relationshipdevelopment and provide assistance in communicating the strategicvalue proposition toclientsRecruiting a"Virtual Bench" - Weekly attention to networkingto identify key sales hires for your next opening. Critical forConstruction Division to scale.Be asubject matter expert (SME) on the buyers of the business products,how and where they buy, and their buying criteria.
