Bachelor Degree in CivilEngineering.Equivalency certificate andEngineering license are mandatory.Minimum of (8 ) years of experience in Quantity surveying and contractadministration of Maintenance of Structures Bridges &underpasses)Must have thorough knowledge ofCESMME and FIDIC.Ability to perform standardestimating activities typical to the engineering and constructionindustry is required.Must have a clearunderstanding of, and ability to work with, construction contractcommercial documents, drawings andspecifications.A familiarity with typicalproject controls software and DMCS (Document and Materials ControlSystem).
