Coordinate with various departments tostreamline procurement activities and optimize purchasingprocesses.InventoryManagement: Implement effective inventory managementstrategies to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excessinventory costs. Monitor inventory levels conduct regular auditsand implement replenishment strategies asnecessary.WarehouseManagement: Manage warehouse operations includingreceiving storage and distribution of materials. Implement bestpractices for warehouse organization and ensure compliance withsafety and security standards.StockTransfers: Facilitate interdepartmental and interlocationstock transfers efficiently. Coordinate with relevant stakeholdersto ensure timely and accurate transfer of materials whileminimizing disruptions tooperations.CrossVerification ofDelivery Notes: Verify delivery notes against purchaseorders and invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness ofdeliveries. Resolve discrepancies and coordinate with suppliers andlogistics providers as needed.TeamManagement: Lead and manage a supply chain team providingguidance training and support to ensure optimal performance andadherence to established processes andprocedures.ERP Expertise:Utilize SAP Oracle or other ERP systems proficiently to supportsupply chain operations.
