WorkExperienceA minimum of 2 years ofprofessional experience in university student recruitment andmarketing or a combination of experiences in similar recruitmentsettings.A minimum of 2 years of universityexperience recruiting/matriculating national, regional, andinternational students and sound knowledge of higher education andadmissionsExperience utilizing lead managementtechnology for student recruitment and admissions throughconversions and lead scoring.Experience indeveloping and managing global student recruitmentagents.Working knowledge of higher educationstudent recruitment best practices, including enrollment trends,data analytics, and digital/traditional recruitmentpractices.
