Position TypeNon-ManagementPositionSummaryAssist inmonitoring/tracking employee relations issues including resolutionand follow-up. Assist and support management and the leadershipteam with handling and resolving Human Resources issues. Monitorall hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local,state, and federal laws and company policies and standards. InformHuman Resources management of issues related to employee relations.Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees andmanagement regarding company and Human Resources programs, policiesand guidelines. Disseminate information to employees related toemployer-employee relations, employee activities, and personnelpolicies and programs. Review and ensure accurate maintenance ofall employee records and files (e.g., interview documents,I-9's). Assist in logistics, administration, and schedulingof annual employee surveys. Answer phone calls and recordmessages.Assist management in hiring,training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, andmotivating and coaching employees. Follow all company and safetyand security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries,and unsafe work conditions to manager. Maintain confidentiality ofproprietary information. Welcome and acknowledge all guestsaccording to company standards. Speak with others using clear andprofessional language; answer telephones using appropriateetiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships withothers; support team to reach common goals; listen and respondappropriately to the concerns of other employees. Enter and locatework-related information using computers and/or point of salesystems. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighingless than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform otherreasonable job duties as requested bySupervisors.PreferredQualificationsEducation: Highschool diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.RelatedWork Experience: At least 1 year of related workexperience.Supervisory Experience: At least 1year of supervisory experience.
