Here is some of whatyou will do:Answer all incoming calls and performappropriate functions as needed; verify and update call centerdocuments.Provide excellent customer serviceto all internal and external customers and a willingness to ensurethat all communication and interactions are of the highest degreeof professional behavior.Follow the escalationprocess for all urgent and emergency work orders or related serviceneeds.Respond and follow through on requestsfor information, including completing research using availableresources provided.Process the Corrigo To Dosproperly, ensuring To Dos are checked continuously, and processtimeline work order processes. Ensure work orders are dispatchedproperly and immediately.Continually monitortelephone queue time data to maximizeproductivity.Complete data entry usingmultiple work request applications, including records of customerinteractions, transactions, comments, andcomplaints.Maintain vigilant awareness ofclient requirements for the confidentiality and privacy ofpatients.Suggest improvements for the role andteam, including providing feedback on the efficiency of thecustomer service process.Embrace and abide bythe firm's Code of Business Ethics and adhere to all JLLpolicies and JLL Healthcare Solutions Call Centerpolicies.Demonstrate the willingness andability to develop new skills by assuming additional projects andtasks.Complete all training objectivesspecified by managementHere is who we arelookingfor:RequiredHigh School Diploma orGED1+ years of applicable working experiencein a Call Center environmentAbility tosmoothly operate Windows OS desktopcomputer.Competent knowledge and functioningusing related Software Tools: WebEx, Microsoft Office Suite tools(+ MS Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive), Corrigo, GenesysCloudPreferredAn associate or bachelor'sdegreeFamiliarity with hospital or healthcaresystems and routinesPrevious experience in aservice dispatch or customer serviceposition INT
