Responsibilities:Settingsales goals and developing salesstrategies.Researching prospects andgenerating leads.Contacting potential andexisting customers on the phone, by email, and inperson.Handling customer questions, inquiries,and complaints.Preparing and sending quotesand proposals.Managing the sales processthrough specific software programs.Buildingand maintaining a CRM database.Meeting daily,weekly, and monthly salestargets.Participating in sales teammeetings.
