Our client an independent project developmentconsultancy comprising of Chartered Surveyors Project Managers andEngineers specializing in property and construction services acrossDubai and the wider UAE.They are seeking askilled and experienced Building Surveyor who will play a vitalrole in conducting various building surveying tasks includingtechnical due diligence reinstatement valuations dilapidationsprojects and client management.KeyResponsibilities:Assistin conducting thorough assessments for property acquisitionsdisposals and investments. Contribute to detailed reports forclients.Support in completing valuations forinsurance purposes ensuring compliance with regulations andstandards. Aid in managing dilapidationsprojects including inspections and negotiations between landlordsand tenants.Collaborate with senior teammembers to maintain strong client relationships and delivertailored solutions.Work closely with seniorsurveyors to provide assistance across various projects fromsurveys to reportpreparation.QualificationsandExperience:Bachelorsdegree in Building Surveying Construction Management or relatedfield from an accredited internationalinstitution.MRICS qualification (Member of theRoyal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) isdesirable.Minimum 2 5 years of experience inbuilding surveying with expertise in technical due diligencereinstatement valuations anddilapidations.Proven track record ofsuccessfully managing complex projects and delivering highqualityoutcomes for clients.Strong technicalexpertise in building construction defects diagnosis and conditionassessments.Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively withclients stakeholders and teammembers.Proficiency in relevant softwareapplications and tools used in building surveying and valuationprocesses.RemoteWork : No INT
