The role inconjunction with the Global Head of Talent is responsible fordeveloping and executing talent acquisition strategies to attractengage and retain top talent across all levels of the Aman GroupCorporate offices and certain key positions in our hotels. Thisrole will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensurealignment with business objectives and will be responsible tomanage the full recruitment cycle across functions and senioritylevel. This position can be based out of either our Dubai London orSwiss Corporate Office. RESPONSIBILITIESWork with Global Head of Talent on the overall Talent Acquisitionstrategy for Aman Group that aligns to business goals and supportsbusiness growth. Responsible for the TalentAcquisition function for all roles in the Corporate offices andsupports Talent Acquisition of property GMs and Hotel Managers asneeded. Support in leading developing andmentoring the Talent Coordinator to ensure high performance andsuccess. Partner with senior leadership andhiring managers to understand recruitment needs and developproactive recruitment plans to address current and future talentrequirements. Utilise a variety of sourcingchannels and recruitment tools to attract a diverse pool ofqualified candidates for open positions including but not limitedto internal talent job boards social media professional networksemployee referrals and establishment and engagement with the AmanAlumni. The aim is to reduce the reliance on and use of recruitmentagencies where possible. Oversee the endtoendrecruitment process including hiring approvals candidate sourcingscreening interviewing selection offer negotiation and contractissuance ensuring a positive candidate experience at everytouchpoint before handing to the talent team foronboarding. Drive employer brandinginitiatives to enhance the companys reputation as an employer ofchoice and promote our unique culture values and opportunities forcareer development. Develop and maintain keymetrics and analytics to track recruitment effectiveness identifyareas for improvement and make datadriven decisions to optimisetalent acquisition processes and outcomes.Oversee the Talent Acquisition on property in collaboration withthe Regional HR Directors to ensure consistency in talentacquisition approach and candidate experience across propertiesgiving guidance and supporting with training asneeded. Establish talent pipelines forpositions and work closely with the Global Head of Talent tounderstand the succession plan and gaps.Support new opening hotels in recruitment of the Excom team incollaboration with the Regional HR Directors.Participate in the annual budgeting process and takesresponsibility for the Talent Acquisition lines of the Global HRP&L. Establish and maintain relationswith key Hotel Schools ensuring Aman Group is given priority accessto top talent and ensure our presence at key career fairs forrecruiting Management Development Program candidates andInterns. Stay informed about market trendsbest practices and innovations in talent acquisition andrecruitment technology continuously seeking opportunities toenhance our approach and stay ahead of thecompetition.QUALIFICATIONSUniversity degree in Business Administration Human Resources orHospitality related field Extensive experiencein Talent Acquisition and Executive Search in the hospitalitysector including developing and executing talent acquisitionstrategies and sourcing talents for an international organizationfor both Corporate and hotels Exceptionalinterpersonal and communication skills with a high level of empathyand EQ with the ability to build lasting relationships at alllevels of the organization Proficient inEnglish both written and verbal.
