Location: Qatar
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Personal Secretary to provide exceptional support to our Managing Director (MD).
Responsibilities:
Manage MD's calendar, schedule appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents.
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
Manage MD's expense reports and invoices.
Proactively anticipate needs and ensure smooth daily operations for the MD.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum of (number) years of experience as a Personal Secretary or similar role.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal English fluency
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Discreet, professional, and highly confidential.
Creative, resourceful, and a problem solver.
Outgoing and positive attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, ContractContract length: 3 months
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
75% (Preferred)
