MBR Partners is seeking a Service Operations Manager for a major smart city project in Saudi Arabia - this is an opportunity to be engaged in one of the world's major development projects.
Experience:- At least 4 years of experience in service operation and product management of IT Solutions and applications.- Proven experience in training and building strong customer relationships.- Experience in process management, including ticketing, support, and SLA.- Demonstrated ability to produce innovative ideas on applications and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the service operation and product management of IT solutions and applications.- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and build strong customer relationships.- Develop and implement effective training programs for both internal teams and customers.- Streamline processes, including ticketing, support, and meeting SLA requirements.- Lead and mentor teams to ensure effective teamwork and collaboration.- Drive innovation by generating and implementing creative ideas for applications and solutions.- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Skills and Qualities:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.- Extensive experience in service operation and product management of IT Solutions.- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.- Expertise in process management, ticketing, support, and meeting SLA requirements.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Strong leadership and mentorship skills.- Innovative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas for applications and solutions.
