Job Responsibilities:
Source, commission, and edit news stories
Write online news and longer-form articles
Compile and send out email bulletins to deadline, monitoring and improving click-through and open rates
Curate the website to increase its use by subscribers and registered readers
Job Requirements:
Professional experience writing news and features, and creating a content calendar. An ability to report complex issues accurately, quickly, and simply is essential
Strong copy-editing and headline-writing skills
The ability to moderate conferences and act as a thought leader in the industry
The ability to create an audience strategy and grow reach month on month on the website and social channels
A commercial mindset to work with the wider team to help the brand grow in all aspects
