**Position Summary**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

**Procurement**:

- Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers and contractors specific to the oil and gas industry.

- Negotiate contracts and terms to secure the best prices and delivery schedules.

- Prepare and process purchase orders, requisitions, and other procurement documents.

- Monitor market trends and forecasts to anticipate procurement needs.

- Ensure all procured materials meet industry-specific quality and safety standards.

**Logistics**:

- Coordinate the transportation and delivery of equipment, materials, and products.

- Optimize logistics processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery, considering the complexities of the oil and gas supply chain.

- Manage and track inventory levels, ensuring critical supplies are maintained without overstocking.

- Work closely with internal departments (e.g., drilling, production, finance) to ensure seamless operations.

- Handle import/export documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.

**Qualifications**:

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field is a plus.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management within the oil and gas industry.

- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices.
