We are looking for a strategic and relationship-focused Key Account Manager to join our team. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our key clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. If you are a results-driven professional with a passion for nurturing key client relationships, we invite you to apply and contribute to the success of our business.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to key clients.Develop strategies to ensure client retention and satisfaction.Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with client goals and organizational objectives.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on client expectations.Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.Monitor contract compliance and address any issues proactively.Forecast and track key account metrics.Prepare regular reports on account status, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.Address client concerns and issues promptly, working with internal teams to find effective solutions.Act as an advocate for the client within the organization.Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions.Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on market knowledge.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.+3 years experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with CRM software and account management tools.
