Lead and manage the IT team, providing guidance, support, and resolving any escalated issues Willingness to work in a 24 x 7 environment Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT or Matric with an expeirence IT working background Proven experience in IT service delivery Recognized certifications like ITIL/ ITSM.Desired Experience: Minimum of 4 years and maximum of 10 years of experience in IT service delivery Experience in managing IT teams
