On behalf of our client, who is a leading compounding plant in KSA, we are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Director of Sales with a robust background in the similar industry.Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation.Build and maintain a comprehensive database of international clients and customers.Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including top management and external partners.Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is highly preferred.Extensive experience in the petrochemical industry, with a strong network of international clients and customers.Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing a team of at least 10 employees.Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with top management and clients.
