Purpose: The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple outlets in Saudi Arabia and supports the developmental and financial success of the assigned outlets.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for the overall business performance of all restaurant outlets- Responsible for ensuring cost control in terms of food and beverage stock, manpower cost, operational cost, etc- Train, develop and motivate staff to achieve sales targets- Maintain, develop and improve restaurants image in terms of customer service, quality of food and beverage and dining atmosphere- Drive initiatives to increase the profits of the restaurantsManaging the Anatolia Brand standards, ensure the brand standards are consistently delivered throughout all departments / branches.Conduct hygiene & sanitation inspections to minimize deviation from the actual vs. standardized norms. Ensure 100% compliance of all outlets, with the company's Health & Safety Standards at all times.Devise and implement Marketing Promotional Campaigns along with the Marketing team. -Minimum 8 years' relevant experience with a proven track record in restaurants in casual or fine dining concepts/ hospitality-Should be a graduate in Hotel Management or F & B Management or related qualification.-should be a KSA resident.- Strong leadership quality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, computer literate ( high level of proficiency in MSOffice applications)- Strong knowledge of cost control measures, inventory management, creative menu planning/presentation and quality control- should be willing to travel frequently.
