Job Description:Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Landscape Project Manager to join our team!Reporting to the Landscape Director, the Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the activities of a diverse team across three main delivery streams; Design Management, Construction Delivery, Client Liaison.The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in leading and managing diverse teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. They will be results-oriented, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsKing Salman Park (KSP) is an ambitious 1,600 hectare large-scale public park and urban district in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Unveiled in 2019, it is one of the city's four megaprojects launched by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman Bin Abdulaziz. The park aims to enhance the quality of life for residents and visitors by providing a variety of sports, cultural, artistic, and recreational options.Spanning over 16 square kilometers, it is the largest urban park in the world. With more than one million trees, vast green spaces, and facilities like the Royal Arts Complex, National Theater, and a 7.2 km pedestrian walkway, King Salman Park is set to transform Riyadh's landscape and contribute to a vibrant and healthy society in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030 goalsSA Parsons are appointed as the Programme Managers for KSP, answering directly to the client, the King Salman Park Foundation. As the PMO, Parsons oversee multiple related projects that together achieve a larger organizational objective, which in this case is the delivery of the Entire King Salman Park. As the PMO. we are responsible for aligning projects with the client's strategy, managing dependencies between projects, and ensuring that the overall programme objectives are met.What You'll Be Doing:Coordinating and managing the activities of the Design Management group, ensuring that designs are procured, managed, and delivered to the market for construction effectively and efficiently.Overseeing the Project Management and delivery of construction packages by the Construction Delivery group, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Working closely with the Client Liaison group to build strong relationships with clients and ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery of projects.Providing regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and progress.Ensuring that all projects are delivered in compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.Mentoring and developing team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.What Required Skills You'll Bring:Bachelor's degree in civil, landscape construction or related degree from western university with 15+ years of experience (or master's degree with 10 years of experience) as Project Manager Landscape/ Infrastructure.Should have experience in Projects related landscaping, Land development, Parks, Infrastructure.Experience in managing multiple projects at one timeA strong technical grounding in Landscape and Civil Engineering constructionExcellent communication skills and the ability to convey concepts and ideas through speech, written reports and graphics.A self-starter who can effectively function in a mega project environment with little supervision beyond senior Quality Control checks.Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills, with a can-do attitude.A strong tolerance for ambiguity and working with uncertainty, and the flexibility to change approach as required.Minimum Clearance Required to Start:Not Applicable/NoneParsons is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
