Our team is proudly multicultural and multinational because that kind of diverse representation gives us the global mindset to grow and impact the people, markets, and trends around us.Come join us to live well, work better, and be the best.About the RoleTraining & Technical support playing an active part in after sales team to provide technical support to after sales team.The role will cover training needs analysis by way of competence assessment, planning and implementation of Technical training programmes both in house training and principal's training ,following the Warranty claim with principal supplier and Uptime centre in ChargeAbout the ResponsibilitiesTraining Need analysis & competence assessmentDeliver engaging technical training, in line with business needs to ensure that all distributor and company policies and procedures are adhered to, in line with Famco quality standards.Create and encourage positive, energetic, memorable and productive learning environments for all participating associates.Technical support to WorkshopsCare track administration and Uptime SupportVolvo systems maintenance VDN,Care track,Techtool & Prosis - user account maintenance.Arranging and conducting competency testing and assessments.Developing and updating training programmes and material.Reporting learner attendance, results and any issues, with emphasis on protecting learner & customer data.Maintenance and development of training aids, workshop facilities and equipment.Actively promote a safe and clean working environment in accordance with current health & safety legislation.Actively promote equal opportunities and diversity in accordance to company policy avoiding discriminationFacilitate training needs analysis of retail market, advise according to market trends and distributor guidelines.Ensure compliance with management activities through one on ones and monitoring of daily distributor activities?Assist with the orientation, training and coaching of staff, management and other stakeholders to increase efficiency within the workplace in line with the associated business improvement required.Participate and execute adherence to company and distributor policy and procedure compliance.Ensure the successful implementation of distributor technical training, fix it right activities, value chain and distributor fundamentals training activities.Monitor, review and implement occupational health and safety, operational standards, technical support training activities.Ensure all technical processes are implemented and adhered to from a National Service point of view.Conduct on-going dealer visits to identify individual training requirements and complete post course evaluations.Support all branches with training in relation to technical support in terms of campaigns, service schedules and equipment audits.Ensure compliance with Brand Principals and adherence to all distributor policies, related to training.Support new model launch activities and external company training by way of material development with the support of the technical training team subsequent delivery.Job SpecificationAbout the RequirementsMinimum Qualifications and KnowledgeHigh level of proficiency in both written and Spoken English, (additional languages advantageous)Full driving LicenceA High Level Qualification in:Technical area applicable to the technical discipline (Construction & Earth moving Equipment's.)Adult learning or training and assessment certificate or equivalentTechnical Training or Coaching role, Minimum 2 YearsAutomotive Industry Experience, Minimum 5 YearsProficient to Master Technician Level or industry equivalentAbility to demonstrate modern vehicle diagnostic and repair methodsJob Specific SkillsAbility to train and coach, build relationships and utilise skills appropriatelyAbility to provide outstanding customer serviceAbility adjust priorities and structure time wisely in a fast paced environmentAbility to maintain strong administration skillsAbility to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner and listen attentively to others to understand material, and provide instructions to all employees.PC Literate, proficient in Microsoft Office ProgramsAbility to develop tailored training materials to suit the local marketWe're here to provide excellent service but a little help from you can ensure a five-star candidate experience from start to finish.Before you click "apply": Please read the job description carefully to ensure you can confidently demonstrate why this opportunity is right for you and take the time to put together a well-crafted and personalised CV to further boost your visibility.
