UOP has also developed technology to produce real fuels from renewable energy sources, including Honeywell Green Diesel and Honeywell Green Jet Fuel, which was used to power the first transatlantic biofuel flight.Position Overview:The Career Development program at UOP begins with an 18 - 24 month assignment at either UOP's headquarters in Des Plaines, Illinois, or one of UOP's regional offices located in Europe and India. Here you will be exposed to a variety of training opportunities including Process Development, Operating Technical Service, Customer Training, Process Engineering, an Qualifications:• BSc or equivalent in Chemical Engineering. Preferred 2.1/ GPA 3.0 or above• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word• Flexibility to work shift work and long hours as dictated by customer requirements and assignment scope• Ability to work in a physically challenging environment• Ability to commit to a 36- month minimum Field Operating Service assignment after completion of Career Development training• Ability to interact with customers on a global basis• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with a flexible, team oriented style About The Company Honeywell (NYSE: HON) is a Fortune 100 company that invents and manufactures technologies to address tough challenges linked to global megatrends such as safety, security, and energy.
