We are hiring a Payroll Assistant to join the team based in Abu Dhabi - UAE 08th May, 2024 We are?   A leading specialist engineering services company delivering integrated solutions for complex energy and infrastructure projects and operating assets. (AMEC).    Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas.  Responsible for the preparation and processing of monthly payroll for EnerMech FZE, UAE, Qatar, KSA, Bahrain, Azerbaijan, and Temporary Contractors. (Manually).Validating approved timesheets and expense claims submitted by the employees.Apply payments in HSBC Online Platform (Bank Transfer and WPS Payment)Coordinate with HR and validate each employee contract to ensure current payments are in accordance with the signed Contracts.Updating and maintaining payroll records.Prepare payroll coding reports for the management.Sending pay slips to each employee for their record. (Manually)Responding to payroll related inquiries and resolving concerns. Recognized Qualifications and Experience  High School Diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting/business/finance or a related field.1-2 years of experience in Payroll or a related field.Excellent in Microsoft Excel/Word.Problem solving ability, analytical and numeracy skills.Good understanding of the payroll processes. Behaviors and Personal Qualities: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to work individually and to adhere to deadlines.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Able to identify priorities and act accordingly.Apply For Job
