Role and Responsibilities:Sejel Technology is seeking a cybersecurity Pre-Sales Engineer (SE) who is based in Riyadh to build upon, implement and support our growing base of customers. We are looking for someone that can hit the ground running in a fast-paced and quickly growing environment.The SE will work alongside Sales teams and with Partners to assist prospects and existing customers through the buying process and will then collaborate with Customer Success to ensure a successful customer activation experience. The SE will also engage technology partners to identify and demonstrate integration opportunities.This is an individual contributor role with management opportunity as we build an SE team to support our growing business.ResponsibilitiesProvide pre-sales technical supportStrong solution development skillsDeliver product demonstrations & education to prospective customersDrive Proof of Concept engagements through success; scope and define PoC goalsParticipate in initial discovery calls alongside salesRepresent Sejel Technology products to customers and at field events such as webinars, conferences, seminars, etc.Engage technology partners to scope opportunitiesCreate accurate project estimatesMaintain knowledge at a high technical level of the current security landscape.Identify and develop new opportunities and leadsDevelop and maintain an in-depth technical knowledge of the Sejel Technology product lineExperience4+ years of direct experience in pre-sales as solutions consultant, sales engineer or SME3 years of experience working directly with software security technologies and solutions, ideally with enterprise customersStartup DNA is a must: willing and able to do whatever it takes with motivation to find solutions rather than admire the challenge.Ability to work hands-in-hands with your Sales counterpartBachelor's degree or relevant experience in the fieldCybersecurity certification or direct experience is required SkillsStrong understanding of security product lines (SIEM, EDR, Brand Protection, more.)Good understanding of an attacker progression (Red Team or Pentest), Incident Response (Blue Team) methodologiesProduct knowledge TrendMicro, Forcepoint, Cybereason
