Responsibilities:
Perform comparative market analysis to accurately value hotels.
Be responsible for the end-to-end management of deals for the sale of FIVE properties.
Meets income targets, deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
Negotiate and prepare relevant paperwork (contracts, deeds, leases) prior to the sale
Strong client's network in Abu Dhabi & Dubai
Able to use marketing channels to promote the available inventory.
Requirements:
Previous experience in the hospitality Industry with relevant real estate background
Strong interpersonal skills to develop and foster beneficial relationships especially with business partners.
High level of passion in the Sales including F&B commercial, enthusiasm and drive for result
