Job DescriptionKnowledge and Experience: The FMO will drive the implementation and management of all the FM and O&M projects of Riyadh Green of which the Project Senior Facility Manager will be responsible Adept at developing policies and procedures necessary to ensure built assets are adequately maintained. Assisting and leading in the development of maintenance regimes that will ensure built assets are functional.Previous experience in a senior role for Facilities or Operations Management, Skilled at identifying critical plant and services and developing a response and contingency plans for failure events. Autonomous management of large-scale facilities management operations with a bias towards Soft Services such as Landscape and Irrigation.This role encompasses all elements of management and coordination of Management "PMO" facilitate the delivery of the work on time, to budget and to the specified quality.Extensive experience in the maintenance management of landscapes including Trees, Shrubs and Groundcovers in sizeable sites (excluding supporting facilities with a biased towards lawned areas). Strong technical knowledge of plants and their needs.Major Activities:Manages activities targeted to enhance the work environment and comfort of facility users.Manage, supervise, and coordinate the work of Subcontractors.Ensure the delivery of contractual hard and soft services as per service level agreement and safety standards and that all related KPI's are met.Identify and implement energy and water reduction strategies.Plan and manage the execution of business events and workshops.Manage all aspects of risk management and environmental compliance.Manage communication and build relationships with tenant occupants and clients.Ensure that buildings meet the health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislative requirements.Coordinate with all departments to ensure successful delivery of the services.Identify Hazards and Reduce Risks: -Identify risks associated with the landscape works.Report any Hazard while visiting site.Control of Health & Safety Systems :-Review and implement recommendations by the Health & Safety Adviser/HSE Manager responsible for auditing the site area Associated with Landscaping.Comply with HSE policy agreed by the Client management.Report any HSE breaches by contractor while visiting site to the immediate attention of the QHSE Manager.Help to promote HSE culture within the Client team.Participate actively in any HSE related issues.Qualification & Requirements:BSc+ Over 15 years' experience.MSc+ Over 10 years' experience.Degree from Western accredited University*; and membership of chartered institutionRequired: Read, Write and converse in English with clear natural sound. Beneficial spoken Arabic.Knowledge of Hard and Soft Services ManagementExperience in contract managementKnowledge of QHSE and legislative requirementsKnowledge of sustainabilityLEED knowledge is an advantageATTRIBUTESA very high level of tact and diplomacy.Solid understanding of accounting principles.Very strong teamwork and customer service skills with ability to quickly develop client and supplier relationships.Self-motivated, professional, and flexible; able to work both independently and as part of a team.Autonomous, able to act with a minimum of direction to prevent and resolve situations that will arise in the portfolio.Excellent time management skills to meet contractual deadlines and simultaneously handle and prioritize multiple projects, tasks, and requests.Array
