Job Title**:Arabic Marketing Manager (F&B Company)**

**Key Responsibilities**

Strategic Planning:

- Develop comprehensive marketing and advertising plans aligned with the company's overall business goals.

- Establish clear objectives, target audiences, and budgets for each campaign.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide marketing decisions.

Campaign Execution:

- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners.

- Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to promote new menu items, limited-time offers, and restaurant events.

Digital Presence:

- Develop and manage the company's website and social media channels, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.

- Create engaging content to attract and retain customers.

- Implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility and search rankings.

- Oversee online reputation management, responding to customer reviews and feedback.

Public Relations:

- Establish positive relationships with media outlets and food bloggers.

- Generate media coverage for new restaurant openings, promotions, and special events.

- Craft press releases and media pitches.

Data Analysis:

- Track and measure the performance of all marketing initiatives using analytics tools.

- Generate regular reports and analyze data to optimize strategies and ROI.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

- Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing strategies.

- Excellent communication, copywriting, and project management skills.

- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.

- Ability to think creatively, solve problems, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Passion for food and the dining experience.

- Experience with graphic design or video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

- Working knowledge of web development and content management systems (CMS).

- Familiarity with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
